Hi, I’m Aimee the Chief Pastry Officer behind Simple Grains. I spend my days looking for new ways to combine butter, sugar and flour to make beautiful, delicious treats for you! One of my greatest joys is feeding people and having them love what I’ve made. I am eternally grateful to my customers for allowing me that privilege.

When I’m not covered in flour (or sometimes while I am) I also love to hang out with my three teenagers, husband and dogs. Occasionally, you can find me sitting down, but I’ve usually got a crochet hook, knitting needle or sewing machine in front of me.
